7 × 3 m 10-Ton Four-Cylinder Guide Rail Lift Platform

Large lifting platforms require a strong structure and stable lifting system. This 7 × 3 meter guide rail lift platform is designed for a maximum load of 10 tons and uses a four-cylinder, four-span configuration.

The platform is supported by four independent guide rail structures, with 80 × 80 mm square tubes used as the main guide rail framework. Four hydraulic cylinders work together with the four guide rail structures to provide distributed support across the large platform during lifting.

For a platform measuring 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, structural stability is especially important. The four-span guide rail design helps keep the platform properly guided and supported throughout the lifting process.
