How We Pack a 1-Ton Guide Rail Lift for Shipment

At Beacon Industries, packaging is an important part of preparing customized lifting equipment for international delivery.

This guide rail lift has a load capacity of 1,000 kg, a net lifting height of 12.2 meters, and a platform size of 1.6 × 1.5 meters.

Before shipment, the hydraulic cylinder, guide rails, and other components are carefully arranged inside a wooden crate. Packing straps are used to secure the components and help prevent unwanted movement during handling. The wooden crate is then assembled and reinforced to provide additional protection during transportation.

Careful packaging helps protect equipment components throughout loading, handling, and shipping. It is also an important step in preparing the equipment for delivery and installation at the customer's site. For a related look at the guide rails before packing, see Welded Guide Rails Ready for Shipment.

Beacon Industries manufactures customized guide rail lifts and other hydraulic lifting equipment for industrial and commercial applications. Load capacity, lifting height, platform dimensions, and other specifications can be tailored to project requirements.

For a different project configuration, explore our 3-ton double-column guide rail cargo lift with a 3 m lifting height. This is a separate model from the 1-ton, 12.2 m lift featured here.

If you are planning a lifting project, our team can help you explore a suitable customized solution.
