Electrostatic Painting Process for Mobile Dock Ramps

At Beacon Industries, our large Mobile Dock Ramps use professional sandblasting and electrostatic painting processes.

Before painting, we use sandblasting equipment to remove rust and impurities from the steel surface, helping prepare the equipment for the next stage. After surface treatment, electrostatic spraying is applied to create an even and durable coating with a glossy appearance.

A properly applied paint coating helps support corrosion protection and improves the overall appearance of the finished equipment.
