How We Pack a Scissor Lift Before Shipment

Before shipping a Scissor Lift, the main structure and loose components need to be properly secured for transportation.

First, the main structure is fixed securely to the wooden crate base.

Next, the four support columns used for the upper platform are lifted and carefully laid flat on the main platform. Instead of installing the columns in their working position, they are positioned horizontally to make the equipment more compact and suitable for transportation.

The four columns are then securely fixed in place to prevent unnecessary movement during shipping.

After all components are checked and secured, the Scissor Lift is ready for final packing and export.

This packing method allows the main equipment and its supporting components to be arranged securely inside the wooden crate while helping reduce movement during transportation.
