10-Ton Fixed Dock Leveler: Lifting and Lowering Test Before Shipment
Share
This 10-ton fixed Dock Leveler is undergoing its lifting and lowering test at our factory before shipment.
The Dock Leveler has a 2 × 2 m platform and a 10-ton rated load capacity. It is designed to be installed on a loading dock and used for loading and unloading trucks and container trucks.
In this testing video, we are checking the complete lifting and lowering movement of the platform. The adjustment process allows us to verify that the hydraulic system and platform movement are working properly before the equipment leaves the factory.
For loading dock equipment, smooth and reliable platform movement is important because the Dock Leveler needs to provide a safe transition between the loading dock and the truck during loading and unloading operations.
Factory testing is one of the final steps before shipment, helping ensure that the Dock Leveler is ready for installation and operation at the customer's site.
