Factory worker securing a scissor lift with heavy-duty packing straps before export shipment

How We Secure a Scissor Lift for Export

Before a Scissor Lift leaves our factory, securing the equipment properly is an important part of the packing process.

The main Scissor Lift structure is firmly fixed to the shipping chassis using heavy-duty packing straps. The straps are arranged at regular intervals to reduce movement and keep the machine securely in position during transportation.

We also pay attention to the components placed on top of the main structure. Parts such as columns are individually secured with packing straps so they cannot easily slide or collide with other components.

For heavy lifting equipment, transportation can involve loading, unloading, road transport, and overseas shipping. Properly securing every major component helps reduce the risk of movement and damage along the way.

Good manufacturing is important, but good packing is what helps make sure the finished machine reaches the customer in the same condition in which it left the factory.

For a high-capacity option, our 5-ton double scissor structure lift (5.5kW, 2915mm lift height) is available for export.
