5-Ton Scissor Lift with Heavy-Duty Structural Design

Here is a closer look at one of our 5-ton Scissor Lifts currently produced for heavy-duty lifting applications.

The platform measures 2.25 × 1.25 meters and is powered by two hydraulic cylinders, 125/90 mm. The main scissor arms are manufactured from 200 × 100 mm rectangular tubes, providing a substantial structural section for the 5-ton lifting requirement.

The design of a Scissor Lift is not only about selecting hydraulic cylinders. The platform dimensions, scissor-arm section, cylinder arrangement and overall structure need to work together as one lifting system.
