BEACON fixed scissor lift with two-level scissor structure and 769mm customized closed height installed in pit

Fixed Scissor Lift with Customized Closed Height

When installing a fixed scissor lift, the available pit depth is an important factor in determining the equipment's overall structure. A suitable closed height helps ensure that the platform fits the installation space when fully lowered.

This BEACON fixed scissor lift has a 2.25 × 1.25 m platform, a two-level scissor structure, and two hydraulic cylinders. The closed height for this project is 769 mm, customized according to the customer's pit requirements. For reference, our double scissor structure 5-ton scissor lift demonstrates how this two-level design achieves greater lift height with a compact footprint.

For applications with more limited pit depth, we can also evaluate designs with a closed height as low as 700 mm, depending on the required load capacity, lifting stroke, and structural configuration.

Proper securing and packaging is also part of our export process — see how we approach this in our article on how we secure a scissor lift for export.

At BEACON, we manufacture fixed scissor lifts according to project-specific dimensions and installation conditions. Providing the pit dimensions and required lifting height at the design stage helps us develop a suitable solution for each application.
